A business relationship, like any relationship, is a two way street. The expectations of both parties must be clear and easily understandable. Applying the Golden Rule is also a good idea: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” This is a very strong statement and an attempt in my daily life, both business and personal affairs practice.

Good communication is the key to any business relationship to prosper and grow. Although the area of conflict (and are), keep the lines of communication open at all times is very important. Meet conflict head on, no matter what appear to be too scared at the moment. The earlier that problems are dealt on the table, the fastest on the track and back to normal.

Another thing to consider is that people know they are appreciated. Thank you notes, letters and emails are always a good idea, and never became fashionable. People love to be appreciated. If you get big business to be with someone, always be sure to let them know. It feels better for it, and they will.

Another good idea is to reach and “touch” your customers and clients on a regular basis by sending monthly newsletter. This is a wonderful way to stay in touch, either let them know you’re thinking of them, and remind him.

Remember, you get a great relationship, what you put into it. The value to do business. Cultivate relationships that are always growing and thriving. Keep it up and you always have to make a garden full of healthy contacts, happy business.

Business Documenting – The must for All Companies

finance2 Business Documenting The must for All CompaniesSurprising, many companies do not like to create a key point, the reality is that these businesses and entrepreneurs do not create a documented system  usually spend much time  training and supervision of employees. They often forget that the reason an employee or
another person entered the business to make it grow even more time for training or the quality control work, no business growth and is a huge waste of time.

Standardized procedures need not be extravagant, are often simpler, the better. Get a piece of paper or give you the exact steps taken to accomplish a specific task or process involved. Employees, contractors, temporary workers and so on must also be involved in this process. Take full
Documents printed in folders or in other media and give everyone in the organization.

Once the transaction has been thoroughly documented and labor standards created to ensure that they are regularly, without exceptions. If there is a problem with a document that are easy to obtain feedback from employees, then go back and review the rules.

Once an area or process has been documented formally begin the process of continuous improvement, and seek out simple ways to improve common sense each process to be more efficient. Greater efficiency leads ultimately to the company more profitable.
